Hobey Baker Ice Rink Renovation
We’re thrilled to update you on our collaboration with Princeton University for the Hobey Baker Ice Rink renovation! This historic 2,054-seat venue, built in 1923, is receiving enhancements that preserve its charm while elevating the experience for student-athletes and fans alike. Our preconstruction services are in full swing, with design drawings nearing 100% completion. Stay tuned as we bring this iconic project to life, aiming for an August 2025 completion date!

Curexa Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ
We’re excited to share that preconstruction is progressing smoothly for Curexa Pharmacy. We're on track for a mid-2025 completion, ensuring this facility will deliver top-notch pharmaceutical services to the Gilbert community. One standout feature of this project is the installation of QleanAir QleanSpace rooms, featuring modular, durable walls, LED lighting, fan filter units, door automation, and more! These rooms require elaborate and precise design & construction, closely monitored by the FDA, proving no project is too challenging for Grace Construction!

This expansive project is progressing as planned, with our expertise ensuring efficient and effective construction practices. Shake Shack in Freehold, NJ

Falls Township Municipal Building Renovation
Grace C.M. is overseeing the multi-prime contractors for this exciting 60,000 SF state-of-the-art renovation of the Falls Township Municipal Building. The newly renovated building will become the hub of Township activity for government services and as a shared community space, propelling the Township into the 21st century. The new home of the Township Administrator, Code Enforcement, Finance, Tax Collector, Fire Marshall, Parks + Recreation, Police, and Public Works. Estimated completion date of February 2025.
